A range of services and accommodation are currently provided for:

Accord provide a range of high quality accommodation with care and support that is delivered by a team of experienced and trained staff, enabling us to meet the cultural and care needs of the local diverse population. These services are designed sensitively to meet the needs of individuals through innovative models of care and support.

All of our schemes have restaurant and laundry service and internal and external activities for the service users.
We also work in partnership with agencies that have knowledge and expertise that will help to achieve quality for all. Our aim is to continue to develop imaginative and new forms of care and support. Agencies enter into agreements with Accord to provide appropriate care and support to particular individuals or groups of people.

We retain responsibility as the landlord and issue tenancies and licences, whilst the managing agent provides the day to day care and support. The combination of Accord’s housing expertise and the expertise of care providers ensures that individuals requiring support accommodation receive the very best.
