Woodbridge House opened in the Summer of 2006 and is able to accommodate ten adults with mild to severe learning difficulties and associated complex needs, including Downs Syndrome, A.S.D and Epilepsy.

Woodbridge House is decorated, and maintained, to a high specification. All ten bedrooms are en-suite with either a bath or a wet room. The house also has the advantage of an additional large ground floor wet room. A lift is available to the first floor and a sensory room will be completed during the spring of 2007. Woodbridge House has the benefit of a corner plot, so a spacious and secure garden is accessible for all residents.
