The purpose built to cater for residents’ specific needs, Willowthorpe opened in April 2005. With picturesque riverside views, Willowthorpe attracts an array of wildlife as well as narrowboats mooring at the home. All the rooms at Willowthorpe are single en-suite with shower facilities, and are decorated to the very highest standards. Willowthorpe offers two levels of care within different areas of the home.

Willowthorpe offers a caring environment and a dedicated team of experienced staff to meet the needs of residents experiencing the varied conditions which often accompany old age.We recognise that no two people are the same, the emphasis being on tailor made programmes which constantly seek to improve quality of life using a person centred approach.
