The scheme manager for Anchor Housing who is responsible for the building also has an office: the housing aspect is not inspected under the Care Standards Act 2000, so this report refers only to the activity of Willowbank (Cambridge Careforce Limited) as a domiciliary care provider.

24-hour care is offered at Willowbank to those who need it, with a number of staff on duty during the day, and one member of staff (plus someone close by on call) on duty at night.
