This domiciliary care service provides a home-based service for older people within the geographical area of Wakefield Metropolitan District Council. The service is delivered on a needs led basis with most service users having been assessed through the Local Authority care management process. As well as personal care, the agency also provides staff to cover shopping and other household tasks through the care management process. A service can be delivered to private service users.

The service is located in modern office accommodation not far from the centre of Castleford. The ground floor provides a reception and meeting room which is accessible to disabled visitors should the need arise. The general office, training and staff room, kitchen and toilet facility are located on the first floor. Information supplied to the Commission for Social Care Inspection in March 2007 was that fees for this service are £10 per hour and £20 per hour on bank holidays. There is a minimum charge of half an hour.
