Village Community Care is a recently registered domiciliary care agency which has its office-base in the gatehouse of Avonpark Care Village, in Limpley Stoke, near Bath. It also has responsibility for the domiciliary care arrangements at three other care villages in Gloucester, Kent and Bristol. Staff are based on all four sites and provide care for service users of all four villages, who are usually older people who may or may not have disabilities. They are centrally managed by the registered manager, Ms. Lisa Beeson.

Ms Beeson is a qualified nurse, and has many years experience of both care homes and nursing homes. She is responsible for the day-to-day running of the organisation, and has an NVQ level 4 in management.
