Victoria Domiciliary Care Agency provides a domiciliary care service to approximately forty service users. The agency employs fourteen domiciliary carers to provide the service. The agency is managed by the registered provider together with two registered managers, both of whom work part time. The service is provided to adults residing in their own homes, within a ten mile radius of St. Austell. The agency does not provide care to children. Services provided include personal care, shopping, domestic assistance, meal preparation and day and night sitting.

The fees range from £13 per hour and £8.50 per half hour visit. A 15 minute visit is charged at £6.50. The fees for service users whose care is commissioned and purchased by the Cornwall Department of Adult Social Care or the Primary Care Trust will depend upon their financial circumstances.
