Valeo domiciliary care agency is owned by Valeo Ltd, an organisation that also provides residential and day care to adults with learning disabilities. The agency is based in the head office of Valeo Ltd on the outskirts of Huddersfield. The domiciliary care agency was first registered in November 2005 and it aims to provide domiciliary care to adults with learning disabilities in the community. The hourly rate for this service is £15.07, and the service users currently receiving domiciliary care have from twenty to eighty seven hours per week.

Valeo aims to provide Service Users with a consistently high level of good quality support and facilitate personal development and independence where possible.

Project workers strive to preserve and maintain the dignity, individuality and privacy of all Service Users, and in so doing are sensitive to the Service Users ever-changing needs. These may be medical/therapeutic (for physical and mental wellbeing), cultural, psychological, spiritual, emotional and social.

Service Users are encouraged to participate in the development of their individualised Care Plans in which the involvement of family and friends may be appropriate and is greatly valued.
