The organisation, United Response, has been operating over the country for 34 years. The Truro Branch has recently registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection. This agency is managed from an office on the outskirts of Truro on an Industrial estate in Threemilestone. The agency's aim is to work and support people with Learning disabilities and mental health issues to help them lead a full life. People are supported to access their local communities and to build effective relationships within those communities. People, their families and those who support them are fully involved in designing individual care and support plans to identify wishes, dreams and aspirations.
