United Response is a national organisation providing residential care, supported living accommodation and domiciliary care support. United Response (Crawley) is registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection as a domiciliary care agency to provide personal care to service users living in their own homes. The agency’s office has separate access although it is based in the grounds of one of the properties owned by the organisation. The organisation provides support to service users living in three supported living houses and in three independent flats in the Crawley area. The agency does not currently provide personal care to any persons living in these properties and therefore technically is not required to be registered. However it is the express wish of the company to retain their registration, as they want to be able to provide personal care if/when it should become necessary. The Responsible Individual on behalf of the organisation is Mr.Timothy Lawrence Jones and the Registered Manager responsible for the day-to-day management of the service is Mary Yeomans.
