U5 is a growing and developing business within the North West. It was founded by a group of professionals that have a combined history of 35 years working in the social care industry. We base our success on our flexibility to meet the needs of all types of provision, within the social care sector and offer clients an holistic approach to social care through the services we offer.

U5 is registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection as a provider of domiciliary care. The office is situated in the West Derby area of Liverpool close to Alder Hey Children’s Hospital. U5 offers a service to individuals who live in all areas of the city. The office is within a busy shopping street, close to a residential area and local community facilities. There are good transport links to other parts of the city. There is limited car parking directly outside the Agency although visitors can park in one of the residential roads close by.

U5 offers domiciliary care to a small number of clients at present. A service is mainly provided to individuals who have a long-term illness. A service user guide and a statement of purpose, which, describe the services provided are available for new clients, relatives and health and social care professionals to refer to.

Charges made by the Agency :
* Personal care (depending upon the time of day and day of the week) - £5.10 to £9.98 per 1/2 hour and £10.20 - £19.97 per hour.
* Waking nights (depending upon the day of the week) - £11.99 to £19.97 per hour.
