The service is a home detoxification service, which places qualified nurses in the homes of service users, and they provide them with a one to one detoxification service. This service is an alternative to a hospital inpatient based detoxification service. The service offers a full after care planning service in partnership with the client. Relapse prevention techniques are taught throughout the detoxification. Random drug and alcohol screening is also offered for 12 months post detoxification and advice can be given with regard to implants post detoxification.
