Trecarn Domiciliary Care Agency is part of the Mencap organisation. Trecarn also provides a supporting people service. The agency is located within a residential area on the outskirts of Launceston. There is parking outside for visitors to the agency. Trecarn Domiciliary Care Agency currently provides a personal care service to three service users living within their own homes. A team of seven carers are employed who are trained to provide domiciliary care. The registered manager, assisted by the team leader, manages the service. The service is provided to younger adults and if requested to older adults with a learning disability, who reside within the North Cornwall and Caradon areas.

Currently the agency does not provide care to children. The fees for private purchasers range from £15.46 per hour. The fees for service users whose care is commissioned and purchased by the Cornwall Department of Adult Social Care will depend upon their financial circumstances.
