Thingwall Services is a registered domiciliary care agency that provides support to a number of adults who have learning disabilities. The individuals to whom the support is provided live as tenants in accommodation within the grounds of the larger campus that is Thingwall Administration Centre from where the agency’s administrative operations and conducted.
