Thera Trust is the first Thera company. It is the guardian of the Thera Group’s vision on behalf of people with a learning disability. Thera Trust began operating as an individual domiciliary care service in January 2006 following a Thera group organisational restructure. The head office is located in Grantham in Lincolnshire and services are provided in the Gloucester area. Parking is available outside of he head office and the building is physically accessible to people who use the service. Local arrangements are made to provide meeting rooms for managers and staff to use where there is a need.

Thera Trust is responsible for:
* Fundraising;
* Providing charitable support services to individuals and to other companies;
* Providing charitable support services to companies in the Thera Group;
* For strategy, policy and monitoring.

Services are provided to people who primarily have a learning disability and in some cases an associated need. Thera Domiciliary Care agencies charge a range of prices for their support, depending on the needs of the individuals being supported and the circumstances in which the support is provided. Quoted hourly prices currently range between £8.50 and £38.00.
