The service is a partnership with the Leeds PCT/Joint Commissioning service and Leeds Partnerships NHS Foundation Trust and has an office base at St Mary's Hospital with a further out reach office based on Domestic Street, Holbeck, Leeds. The agency provides 24-hour staffing support including personal care for people with learning disabilities who may have additional multiple disabilities and/or complex behavioural requirements. The service aims to provide a care service to a range of people enabling and developing their abilities to live independently. The service supports 16 independent homes.
