The Care Company (SW) Ltd. is a Domiciliary Care and Live-in Agency which has been established to respond to the needs of our clients on a 24-hour basis. Visits can be as short as half an hour or 24 hours per day.

This is an independent care agency providing care to the clients in their own home environment on a one-to-one basis. The services are designed for the older people, people with physical disabilities,people with learning disabilities and people with mental health problems.

The agency provide care services to private clients, people funded through Torbay Care Trust or Devon County Council, individuals looking to use direct payments or personal budgets. Clients needs for care and support are identified through an assessment; this is sometimes carried out in partnership with the local authority or where people are privately funded, by The Care Company management team.

We are a bespoke service, individualised according to a clients aspirations, needs and outcomes that are clearly defined at the outset of the support provided. We pride ourselves as being a quality organisation that has the highest quality rating possible with the inspectorate (three star) excellent rating, since the company started in 2006.

The Care Company (SW) Ltd. provides quality individual care to the clients in their own home environment. According to need following are the tailored package of care for the clients which can include some or all of the following:
* Helping with personal tasks;
* Helping to prepare meals and to eat them;
* Helping to clean home, and to do the laundry;
* Helping with arranging shopping needs, and if necessary to do the shopping;
* Helping with arranging social events;
* Making sure that the client are aware of the need to take any medicines that may have been prescribed;
* Helping to look after user's pets.
