St. Anne’s Community Services (Domiciliary Care Agency) is part of St. Anne’s Care Project which is a not for profit organisation. The agency only provides service to people living in the organisation’s independent supported living houses in the community. The referral for domiciliary care do not come via a placement agency, the need is recognised by the organisation’s staff, who provide service user with 24 hour support, staff are only present at the home when service users are at home. Staff within the houses are registered to provide domiciliary services i.e. personal care. The agency only provides care to service users in the organisation’s supported houses.
