St. Anne's provide support, care and housing services to people who have experienced homelessness, mental health problems, problems with substance misuse or who have a learning disability throughout Yorkshire and the North East of England. The agency provides a support service to people with learning disability living in the North Tyneside area. The agency was commissioned by the Local Authority to take over the support of a small number of people from another provider in 2006. The agency employs 28 staff and cares for 14 adults. Ms. Gillian Wellburn is the manager of the service. Gillian has two staff who deputise for her and manage their own teams of staff. These three staff are based at the office, but they also visit service users as part of their responsibilities.
