Somerset Care at Home in Mendip is registered as a domiciliary care agency and has been registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) to provide personal care to people in their own homes since 10 December 2003. This branch is part of the larger organisation of Somerset Care. The office is on the first floor in premises shared with the care home Critchill Court in a residential area near the centre of Frome.

The office itself is not accessible to wheelchair users, but the agency has access to a room on the ground floor to see people with mobility problems.
