This is a new service that was registered on 24th April 2007 and is receiving its first inspection. The agency was given two days notice prior to the inspection. The agency provides domiciliary care to tenants within one block of flats and the Care Manager and staff team are based within the building. They do not provide domiciliary care to people within the community apart from those housed within the block. There are thirty-five self contained flats in the block and thirty-one tenants are currently receiving a service.
