The agency is located within a purpose built multi agency centre. The Health Authority and Social Services jointly own the premises, and this is reflected in the services that occupy the building. On site is a community Learning Disability Team, Local Mental Health Unit, Day Centre, Chiropodist, and Occupational Therapy, Adult Social Work Team, Community Nursing Service, GP's, the community library, and the area Vulnerable Adults Officer.

The premises were observed to conform to the Disability Discrimination Act. The unit managers stated that a re-enablement service is also located within their office. There is a shared reception area, to which visitors access the service via the receptionist, who will contact the agency by phone, and someone from the agency will meet the visitor in the reception area. The agency provides a service to approximately 178 people who live in Lower Gornal, Upper Gornal, Sedgley Central, Coseley and Woodsetton.
