SPAN Housing With Care operates in partnership with housing associations to provide care and support for adults with learning disabilities. It has a range of resources. Some offer 24 hour support. Others offer time limited input from support workers for a few hours daily or every few days for service users living more independently. The SPAN project is operated by Norfolk County Council Social Services Department.
