Hulton Care provides nursing, residential and respite care for adults and elderly people with physical frailty and physical disabilities. It is owned by a national organisation called Southern Cross.

The home is able to accommodate up to thirty people, both men and women. Twenty-two places are available for older persons who require personal care and there is a seven-bed unit, for service users who have dementia.
