Home Meadow is a warm, bright and welcoming home where we provide both residential care and a day care centre. It is laid out in five attractive wings, Lilac, Snowdrop, Primrose, Fuchsia, and Bluebell each with its own lounge and dining area as well as kitchen and bathroom facilities.

The care staff are trained to the highest standards and chosen not only for their skills, but also for their warmth, friendliness and caring attitude. They are on hand around the clock to provide professional care that respects the rights and dignity of the individual.
