We are aware the many clients experience treatment by poorly trained staff or those trying to ‘cram’ too much into a day, with the end result that clients do not receive satisfactory quality care and treatment. We intend to improve upon this, by providing a high level of care and dignity for the end user. Our promise is that we will only employ the very best of staff, suitably trained and vetted by our Registered Care Manager and our Training Manager. We will not be seeking to pay minimum wages and neither will we expect our staff to manage impossible workloads. As we have already indicated, our staff will be well paid for their duties and encouraged to remain with us, by way of our Loyalty Bonus Scheme. By encouraging our staff to build a professional rapport with our clients, we hope to promote an atmosphere of trust and respect which will encourage end users to provide feedback on the level of service received. We in turn, will then be able to ensure that, should a problem arise, we deal with it both quickly and efficiently, thus enabling us to restore our normal level of service. We intend to grow slowly and to build a reputation as ‘The Healthcare Agency’ that others try and emulate and that our clients consider is the best available. We will start achieving this from day one by sending out Carers who are fully trained in all the mandatory Healthcare Disciplines.
In conclusion, it is our objective to employ competent, caring, and well-trained staff members who are responsive to the needs of our clients, their families and the communities we serve. Each staff member will meet the CQC training requirements for the services they provide.
