Ebbsfleet House is a detached property in a large expanse of grounds and has been adapted to meet the needs of the current service users.The main body of the home accommodates four service users with a self-contained area known as 'the cottage' accommodating the fifth person.

The fees for support from the home are set during the assessment period and
are very individual to the needs of the service user, depending on the level of support required and the staffing numbers provided. Fees can therefore range from low to higher thousands of pounds following the appropriate assessments.
