The Crescent nursing home is within two Victorian houses, which have been converted and extended to accommodate up to 28 people with mental health problems. The residents currently assessed to enter the home are under 65 years of age.

The home has various lounges, dining areas and dedicated smoking areas to meet the needs of the residents. Attached to the home via a covered walkway is a day centre for the homes residents.

There are attractive gardens to the rear of the building alongside parking areas. The gardens are made secure by locked gates.
