HFT(The Home Farm Trust Ltd), is an organization which genuinely values the people it serves.They were established 45 years ago and have grown and developed into a progressive organization pioneering many areas of research and service provision so people with learning disabilities receive the highest possible level of social inclusion.
HFT has completed three mergers in recent years. The merger with RMH in Cornwall (2004), the merger with SCOPE in Chesterfield (2006) and the merger with Apsley Trust in Bristol (2006).All three organizations have integrated well into HFT, with service users, families and staff all being very pleased with the outcomes from the mergers .
