Caldy Manor is registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection to provide personal care to 38 older people. Variations are currently in place to enable the home to accommodate two adults with a physical disability and six residents with dementia.

The accommodation is provided on two floors with access to the first floor by stairs and a passenger lift. There is a separate area from the main home for residents with dementia. This area is one level. Bedrooms are generally single. At the time of the inspection 2 bedrooms were shared by married couples that had access to a further private room that was used as a lounge.
