Brookfield is a three-storey care home standing in its own grounds; residents
are accommodated on the ground and first floors only. Access between floors
is via two shaft lifts, a stair lift or the stairs. The home is owned and managed
by The Mount House Group. The company has a total of six homes in
Cheshire, Shropshire and Wirral.

Accommodation is currently provided in 25 single and three double bedrooms;
all have en suite toilet and hand wash facilities. There are a variety of
communal facilities available for residents; these include a large
lounge/conservatory, library, garden room and a dining room. Brookfield has
an adequate number of toilets and a variety of bathrooms available for
residents. Aids to help independence are in evidence throughout the home.
There are pleasant garden areas for the enjoyment of residents and visitors.
These are accessible and well maintained.
