Bethia Cottage offers support for five individuals who have learning disabilities and physical disabilities; these may be multiple complex disabilities, including an enduring health condition and some behavioural support needs.

The service has five large, wheelchair accessible bedrooms. All bedrooms have ceiling track to make personal care dignified, safe and more comfortable. There are a number of communal rooms, including a lounge, a quiet room, a dining room and an assisted showering facility. These have been carefully designed to meet the needs of service users with a range of disabilities, and incorporate special features such as height adjustable tables and work surfaces. The service also has a special sensory room. These facilities enable service users to develop skills and build independence.

There is a garden with lawned areas and raised flowerbeds.
