i fully endorse the comment already made having had the dubious pleasure of working in this home what has been said is correct this individual is totally unprofessional in all aspects of her work to both staff and relatives yet despite numerous complaints and grievances the company can only be seen to endorse her behaviour by continuing to employ her therefore making the greivance and disciplinary procedure and the customer complaints system a farce

The standard of care from the general staff is not on the whole too bad. However the management and power structure is abysmal. Paying particular attention to ‘name removed’ who is a bullying, nasty, corrupt and unrepentant individual and despite clear failures, numerous complaints and grievance claims still remains in her position. She is both a danger to her staff and more importantly the elderly, I shall be taking it upon myself to see that she does not remain in her position much longer.
