Awel-y-Mor is a rehabilitation centre providing high dependency care, active and slow-stream rehabilitation and respite care. We welcome young physically disabled adults who have experienced traumatic or acquired brain injury, spinal injury or who have other physical disabilities and complex needs. Awel-y-Mor also provides care for young people who suffer from congenital illnesses and those who have learning disabilities.

Awel-y-Mor aims to provide a friendly comfortable environment that is designed to meet the clinical needs of the patient. We focus on their ability and not their disability. Rehabilitative care at Awel-Y-Mor centres on the individual's ability to relearn lost skills, regain confidence and learn to cope with areas of disability, in some cases to prepare for discharge back into the community.
