My relative has lived in this home for a number of years. Unfortunately, since the home was taken over by a large, international company the standards have declined substantially. There is now an extremely high care staff turnover rate and there have been 5 managers in little over 2 years. The home has lost it's persoanl touch and the previous good atnosphere has virtually disappeared. I live in hope that the few good staff remaining will not leave in the near future.
