Age Concern Darlington provides a specialist home bathing service, which supports older people living within the Borough of Darlington. The service is accessed through either the local authority or the local health service.

The home bathing service is available from Monday to Friday and assistance with bathing is offered once each week. Specialist bathing equipment is provided as necessary and carers are also able to assist with showering, strip washing and hair and foot care. The carers are allocated fifty minutes for each bathing visit. - Send Email
